The Scoop50 acts of kindness to Lift Where You Live

Our mission is to impact 1 billion lives for good in our first 30 years.

We’re accomplishing that through quality, clean products, helping others make and manage their money, and through our community-led Lift Where You Live charitable initiatives.

The key is focusing on one life and one good deed at a time.

Find small ways to serve others

Sometimes it feels like the only contributions that really matter are the big things: organizing elaborate projects, donating thousands of dollars, volunteering for hundreds of hours. But, even though the large initiatives are valuable and appreciated, the simple things also make a significant impact.

Each of us has the power to change life everyday through simple acts of kindness. We’re talking about small deeds that may not seem like a lot to us, but to another person, they can mean the world.

Service has health benefits too!

Kindness is contagious. When you complete an act of kindness, the mood of everyone involved is improved (including you!) People are encouraged to “pay it forward.” So one good deed in a crowded area can create a ripple effect that improves the day of dozens of people!

Just think how different this world would be if everyone took a few minutes out of their day to do a kind deed for someone else.

To help you get started, we’ve compiled a list of 50 small ways you can make a big difference in the life of others. Pick a few to try this week and see if you can change a life for good.

Share your good deeds with us so we can track the lives changed by tagging us at @Tranont on social with the hashtag #LiftWhereYouLive
